Data Deletion Instructions

Smart Tecnologia da Informação LTDA ("Smart TI", "BotBot") lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the name, email address, and/or WhatsApp phone number associated with the data so we can locate and verify it.

After we verify your request, we will delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

Other ways to trigger deletion

• Delete your account: deleting your BotBot account removes the personal data associated with it.
• Remove our access: removing BotBot from your Meta Business settings revokes our access to your WhatsApp Business Account and related data.

If you are an end customer

If you exchanged WhatsApp messages with a business that uses BotBot, you may contact that business directly or email us at [email protected], and we will coordinate the deletion of your data with the relevant business.
